This section applies to those wishing to sign a 24 month contract with the option to purchase the equipment after the term of the contract at the fair market value.  At month 21, we will mail you a fair market value letter with the option to purchase the equipment after the 24^th month. 

You simply let us know that you wish to purchase the equipment on contract expiration date, make fair market value payment (on due date indicated) and the equipment is yours.  However, until such time of purchase this is strictly a rental contract and will be considered and governed as such under color of law.  If you choose not to purchase at the end of 24 month’s you must either execute a new contract or return equipment. 

We offer GE Refrigerators from your basic models to the ones with all the fancy bells and whistles!  We have the capability to email spec and feature sheets on the refrigerator you desire for purchase – simply request spec and features sheet on application (under comments) and we can send via email for your viewing (with all your requirements). 

We can send you one option or several different models for viewing.  Spec and Feature sheets usually contain:  Full equipment description, size and dimensions as well as all features included with unit.  If you have any question please contact our office by email (through this website) or call.  We’re here to help!”

• Pricing may decrease or increase depending upon your specified requirements (extras) for the appliance.  In the comment section please specify your requirements for refrigerator (see example).  Example:  “Make sure refrigerator is around 24-26 cu ft., stainless steel, with water filter, child lock feature (optional), water and ice dispenser.  Send options – spec and feature sheets for both a Side by Side or Bottom Freezer .

Model 1: TOP Freezer / Refrigerator

This is a standard household model refrigerator/top-freezer (size:  17.0-19.9 cu ft.) with all the necessary functions.  Although, Top freezer/refrigerators can come in much larger sizes (request on application – comments).  Customers have an option of with or without icemaker / water filter / color or finish (please specify in comment section –see example above ).

Estimated Market Value Monthly Payment:  $75.00 (plus tax) per month for 24 months

Model 2: SIDE by SIDE Freezer / Refrigerator

This is a larger size model refrigerator.  Side by side refrigerator/freezer (size ranges:  20-24.9 cu ft.) with all the necessary functions plus a whole lot more.  Customers have the option of with or without icemaker / water filter / child lock protection / water and ice dispenser (please specify in comment section – see example above).

Estimated Market Value Monthly Payment:  $85.00 (plus tax) per month for 24 months

Model 3: BOTTOM Freezer / Refrigerator

This particular model is a BOTTOM freezer/refrigerator (size ranges:  25.0-29.5 cu ft.) / with water filter / child lock protection / frost guard / Multi-flow air system plus a whole lot more.  Customers have the option of with or without an icemaker and/or water dispenser (please specify in comment section – see example above).
